at Red Rocks!

Located near Morrison , Colorado just west of Denver is the famous Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater. This is a natural formation with large tilted disc-shaped rock at the rear. On either side of the stage ,large boulders and rocks angle outward.
Seating capacity is 9,400. Concerts are given in the open air.

Easter sunrise services occur there each year.

The Park was opened in 1906, structures were built by the CCC and WPA.

Now rock on over to Jen at Unglazed to see who else has a special letter R
